The application process for finding a house to rent is free of charge and non-binding for both parties. The company will actively work to find housing that meets your specific needs. You will be on a waiting list until the company finds a suitable apartment. If the company succeeds in finding you suitable housing, they will contact you to arrange a viewing. You are free to refuse or accept the proposed house both before and after the viewing. If you wish to rent the proposed rental property, you will then sign a rental agreement.
